I offer a personalized approach in my practice, taking into account the many factors that influence one's sense of well-being.  


I believe that a holistic model which combines several modalities of treatment is the most effective.  I will partner with you to explore which treatments you feel will be the most beneficial for you. 


  I have extensive experience in medication management and psychopharmacology. Whether you’d like to discuss starting a medication, review your current regimen, or consider tapering off, I can help guide you. We will thoroughly review all options, discuss the risks and benefits, explore alternative therapies, and arrive at a plan that feels right for you. I also have expertise in natural supplements, if you prefer that approach.”


In addition, I believe that therapy is an essential component of feeling better. Therapeutic modalities I have found particularly helpful include psychodynamic psychotherapy and mindfulness-based therapy. I strive to help you understand yourself and your relationships on a deeper level, and to identify unconscious thoughts and feelings that influence your daily life. If you are already working with a therapist, I may support that treatment through medication management.



We will also consider lifestyle factors that contribute to a sense of well-being, including diet, exercise, time in nature, activities that bring joy, close relationships and community.
